Book design ideas and mock up

This video shows a a rough mock up of how l want my folded format to work. Obviously I need to adjust the sizing for each section as the middle panel is too thin here and throws the proportions of the characters off but you get a rough idea of how my design will operate. I’m going to include different facial expressions within the 3 phases of Florence's life that I’m focusing on in order to tell the story a bit more too and I also plan on designing each of the outfits around a different time period in her life in order to communicate her age. As I won’t be able to change her height to convey her age, I’m going to do this through hair styles and as just mentioned, outfits so we can still see the progression.
